🔄 Return Eligibility

We accept returns only if the following conditions are met:

• The product is unused and unopened
• The original packaging is intact
• A full unboxing video is provided from the moment of opening the sealed parcel
• Clear images of the product must also be shared

📌 Returns are not accepted if the product is used, opened, damaged after delivery, or if the required proof (video/images) is not provided.

🕒 Return Window

• You must request a return within 5 days of receiving the product
• Return requests made after 5 days will not be accepted under any circumstances

📨 How to Request a Return

To request a return, you must:

1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
2. Share the following on WhatsApp or Email:
   • Complete unboxing video
   • Clear photos of the product
   • Your Order ID and reason for return

Our team will verify your request within 1–2 working days.

🚚 Return Shipping Charges

• We will arrange the return pickup through our courier partner
• However, the shipping cost for the return will be borne by the customer
• The return shipping charge will be deducted from your refund amount

📌 Please ensure the product is securely packed and ready for pickup at the scheduled time.

💰 Refund Process

• Once the returned product is received and verified, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method
• Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days
• We do not offer exchange or replacement at this stage

❗ Important Notes

• Refunds are not applicable for minor leaks or packaging dents caused during transit unless the product itself is damaged or missing.
• Return approval is at the sole discretion of Ayushkara, based on evidence submitted.
